The podcast, developed in partnership with Babbel for Business, was an opportunity to dive into the world of meat alternatives that he considers a concrete action to promote animal-friendly food habits.
Our guest, Lukas the cofounder of Planted, referred to the importance of creating healthy and sustainable products able to mimic meat in terms of taste, juiciness and fibers.
